Our four luxury suites are superb contemporary spaces.

Reservations at the Kinmel Arms

The upper floor rooms with lofty ceilings and skylights are airy and light. The ground floor giving the ultimate peaceful, relaxing hideaways. Each suite is individually designed and furnished with striking artworks created by Tim, as we wanted a clean, modern feel using natural materials in keeping with the Kinmel Arms itself, our own surroundings and ideas from our travels.

From the handmade, super king size oak and maple beds, the luxurious porcelain bathrooms with their travertine Spanish limestone and Indian quartzite floors and walls, to the locally crafted Welsh green oak balcony, our suites will provide uncluttered luxury where you can enjoy the tranquillity from your private suite, under the canopy of ancient woodland of Kinmel Estate, with tantalising glimpses of deer, woodland birds.

Wow what a wonderful place. A brilliant combination of olde worlde and contemporary. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed fantastic food and superb accommodation which was served up by the genial hosts Tim and Lynn and their incredible staff. A hidden gem in a lovely country, which we prefer not to share in case it's always booked up!! We will be back!
